My recent stay at SpringHill Suites By Marriott Oklahoma City Quail Springs was a mixed experience. the friendly lady at check-in, Sherri W, went above and beyond to help us find accommodations after our reservation was cancelled. This level of service was outstanding and truly saved the day. the hotel's breakfast was decent but could have been improved with the addition of breakfast meats. I appreciated the early check-in process, which was smooth and efficient, thanks to the helpful staff. the facility itself was decent, although I was concerned about a leak in the first-floor bathroom. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location with amenities catering to both business and leisure travelers, but service quality can vary between staff members.
